Y3T Training Plan
Every year Primitive Performance invest time and money into continued professional development to ensure we provide the most effective services to our clients because we want them to achieve the best results possible. We believe that Y3T is one of the best systems for adding lean muscle tissue and creating a complete, well balanced physique whilst minimising the risk of injury. From February to August of last year I was a student of the Neil Hill Academy earning the qualification of Y3T Master Trainer with distinction.
