6 Week Transformation Plan
An in depth tailor made training and nutrition plan. This plan is customized to match your goals using your statistics. The plan includes a 6 week training and nutrition plan with regular check ins to ensure your on track. With each check in we will adjust the plan as needed. Please be aware that this is a fairly intense plan due to the limited time, however, there will be an option to continue with our monthly option if you wish once the 6 weeks is up.
On receiving payment we will send you an email requesting all the information we need to get started on your programme.
