Log book

Something i haven't done in a while. After training for 16 years you tend to get complacent. I haven't logged a workout for a long time as ive always gone on instinct. Bringing a log book back into training has given me more purpose during my workouts. Putting numbers down and beating them each week makes training alot more satisfying and ensures progress is being made. We will soon have primitive log books for sale so stay tuned.

Food quantity

Food quantity

Struggling with the quantity of food as its more than im used to. Which is not hard as i under eat. I know that within a month i will be hungry for each meal. Its important to stick with a plan and allow your body to adjust. The more calories you can get your metabolism moving on the better.
