Something i haven't done in a while. After training for 16 years you tend to get complacent. I haven't logged a workout for a long time as ive always gone on instinct. Bringing a log book back into training has given me more purpose during my workouts. Putting numbers down and beating them each week makes training alot more satisfying and ensures progress is being made. We will soon have primitive log books for sale so stay tuned.
